The movie “The Breakup Playlist” where Sarah Geronimo plays as Trixie David a law student and aspiring singer who falls in love with Gino Avila portrayed by Piolo Pascual a musician who’s looking to form a rock band. Gino invited Trixie in a music camp and as they are collaborating for a song they start to develop feelings with each other. But due to personal issues, their love will be tested and they will face challenges. Will they be able to conquer the challenges? or it will be like any other songs/relationships that will eventually end?
The movie also stars Cris Villonco, Teddy Corpuz, Jet Pangan, Badji Mortiz, Maris Racal, Diego Loyzaga, Dennis Padilla, Rio Locsin, and Anna Luna, and features appearances by real-life musicians and producers.
