The Love Affair is directed by Nuel Naval. Last August 11, 2015 was the premiere night of the movie and surreal that the love team Dawn and Richard never fade thru decades. They showed sweet moments and assured to the fans that they can compete to the younger love teams.
The story revolves around Vince (Gomez) and Tricia (Zulueta), a married couple who seem to have marriage problems. Tricia cheated on Vince, well somehow that’s what the trailer shows.
They are trying to fix their marriage but Vince really wants to annul their marriage. And it becomes more complicated when he met Adie, a lawyer he meet while seeking annulment of his marriage.
Bea Alonzo was asked about how she felt about the movie and the intimate scenes with Richard Gomez. She said that she only learned one thing, that you don’t need another person to fill your happiness. Being happy comes from the inside; you don’t need someone to dictate your happiness. And regarding to the intimate scenes, she said that Richard Gomez was the perfect professional gentleman she has worked with.
On the other hand, the CharDawn love team comes back again after two decades. There’s a scene as you can see in the trailer. Richard was aggressively touching Dawn’s breast because he is furious and angry. He said, that he asked Dawn if her husband knows about it and the they talked about it with the Director on how to perfectly deliver the scene.
The movie depicts a real life story of married couples who experienced third wheels/third party. I think many viewers can relate to this movie. Well, let’s all watch it together!
